The CRC College Foundation Program is the starting point for every CRC College student. This foundation pathway helps you grow in your knowledge of God’s Word and develop practical skills for everyday discipleship and ministry.

This program is unaccredited. If students wish to pursue a nationally recognised qualification, CRC College will support them to connect with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

How it Works

The Certificate III pathway is designed to be flexible, so you can study in the way that works best for you:

Self-Directed Online Study – enrol anytime and progress at your own pace through our online portal, with resources and support to guide your learning.

Local Bible School – study alongside others at your church or a nearby CRC location, supported by a trained facilitator.

Students seeking a nationally recognised qualification will be connected and supported through a partnering Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Accredited (Nationally Recognised Qualification)

Complete curriculum with formal assessments
Supported in partnership with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

The CRC College Leadership Program is the next stage after completing the Foundation Program. This leadership pathway builds on your biblical foundations and equips you to lead others with confidence, wisdom, and practical ministry skills.

The Leadership Program is designed for those who feel called to greater responsibility in their church, ministry, or community. It will stretch your understanding of God’s Word, sharpen your leadership skills, and help you apply biblical principles in real-world ministry.

Students who wish to pursue a nationally recognised qualification, CRC College will help connect them to a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

CRC College offers two unaccredited options so you can study in the way that best fits your goals and commitment level:

Audit (Unaccredited training with no assessments)

Access all course content and resources.
No assessments.
Perfect if you simply want to deepen your understanding of the Bible without the pressure of formal study.

Graduate (Unaccredited training with assessments)

Includes the full curriculum and assessments.
Students complete reflections, presentations, and ministry activities with facilitator feedback.
Results are not reported in the VET system.
Best for discipleship and leadership development with accountability and growth.

Accredited (Nationally Recognised Qualification)

Complete a 1237NAT Certificate IV as an accredited course.
Delivered in partnership with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Successful students receive a nationally recognised qualification in Christian Ministry & Theology (issued by the RTO)
