The Certificate III in Christian Ministry & Theology is the entry point for all CRC College students. This pathway is designed to build a strong foundation in God’s Word while developing practical skills for everyday discipleship and ministry.
The Foundation Program is unaccredited. For learners who wish to pursue a nationally recognised qualification, CRC College can support connections to an accredited pathway delivered in collaboration with a Registered Training Organisation, Malyon Vocational Training (MVT).

Leadership Pathway

Step into Leadership
The Certificate IV in Christian Ministry & Theology is the next stage for students who have completed the Certificate III in Christian Ministry & Theology. This pathway builds on strong biblical foundations and equips learners with practical leadership skills for ministry and everyday life.
Designed for those sensing a call to greater responsibility within their church, ministry, or community, the Leadership Program deepens understanding of God’s Word while developing confidence, wisdom, and real-world leadership application.

Pastoral Supervision
Healthy ministry requires healthy leaders. CRC College's Pastoral Supervision pathway has been developed to equip experienced pastors and ministry leaders to provide professional pastoral supervision within church and ministry settings.
As churches continue to strengthen their commitment to healthy leadership, pastoral supervision is becoming an increasingly important part of sustainable ministry and best practice across Australia.

CRC College provides the option for students to pursue nationally recognised training in collaboration with Malyon Vocational Training (RTO 30002). Malyon Vocational Training is the Registered Training Organisation responsible for accredited assessment and certification.
